Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
All deposits for the paintings, custom orders or made-to-order are non-returnable.
– If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, you can return it to me.
Returns (with the exception of CUSTOM or Made-to-Order Paintings) accepted within 3 days of receipt. Please contact me within 3 days to authorize the return.
The Artwork must be returned in original package and condition, with insurance and tracking number.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping, and custom fees (import charges of returning packages)
All the returning international shippings may be hold by Customs for verification.
Currier ususally makes 3 attempts of delivery. If you’re not able to pick up the package they will keep it for 7 days.
After what the package is considered abbandoned.
Please make sure you can collect the package on time, before it gets abbandoned.
I’m not responsable for any lose in that case.
– I do not offer returns on Custom Orders or Made-to-Order paintings since they are created specifically for you.
Customers will have 2 days to cancel from order placement.
After 2 days or 48 hours a 50% deposit will be retained and cannot be refunded.
Upon shipping, all orders placed are considered final sale, and are non- returnable except in certain situations for damaged.I post everything via tracked mail and will happily give you the tracking number.
If your package was damaged in transit you are fully granted for full refund.
Process – contact me right away the same day of receiving.
